A classic, but way smoother
Darjeeling Black Tea, often referred to as the “Champagne of Teas,” offers a more sublime infusion than most black teas. This is due to its leaves being less oxidized, resulting in a tea that is lighter and less astringent. Known for its delicate floral notes and unique muscatel flavor, Darjeeling tea provides a refined and refreshing experience. During my explorations of tea varieties, Darjeeling Black Tea stood out for its elegance and subtlety, making it a favorite for those seeking a sophisticated cup of tea.
I got no special tricks for preparing it. About a tea spoon has been my preferred amount to brew a mug of Darjeeling Black, try a little bit more if you prefer it stronger.
