The classic morning tea
English Breakfast Tea, a quintessential staple of the morning routine, is renowned for its robust and full-bodied flavor. Among the various breakfast tea blends, English Breakfast Tea is the most popular, typically featuring a combination of teas from Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Assam. While Irish Breakfast Tea leans towards a more robust flavor profile with its use of Assam tea, our English Breakfast Tea offers a unique twist.
Crafted from a select blend of Darjeeling and Assam black teas, chosen from the prime second flush harvest, this tea delivers a deep and satisfying experience. The robust and full-bodied flavor is complemented by a subtle, malty sweetness, making it a versatile tea that is perfect not just for breakfast, but for any time of the day. Each sip provides a comforting and energizing sensation, making English Breakfast Tea a cherished companion for all day long.
I got no special tricks for preparing it. About a tea spoon has been my preferred amount to brew a mug of English Breakfast Tea, try a little bit more if you prefer it stronger, or if you’re used to espresso like me.
